Custom Made Gear:
ALL of our gear is custom made and MADE TO ORDER. We do NOT have stock on a shelf at this time. That means ALL gear is subject to lead times. Our average lead time is 4-6 weeks, this is not a guarantee, it is an estimate. HELLFIRE Holsters are subject to their own lead times and are NOT a part of the 4-6 week lead time. Once we form the plastic for your order (first step in the mfg. process) we will no longer allow refunds prior to customer receiving the item(s) they ordered. Forming the plastic means it likely cannot be reheated and recycled and as a result we have this policy in place.
We offer an 30 day no questions asked (we will ask, but you don’t have to have a reason) return/refund guarantee. After 30 days a 20% restock fee will apply. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or do not like the products you receive from Echo Delta Charlie Inc. DBA Strongside Holsters, we will, upon receipt of your items, offer a full refund less shipping costs. Items returned must be in new condition, you must email email@example.com or call (215) 375-7639 prior to any returns, you may send pictures if you want to verify that the items will qualify for a refund based on condition. Items returned with cosmetic damage will not be refunded and if they are sent in but not accepted for a refund then return shipping back to the customer will be at the customers expense. Please contact us prior to sending any gear back to us. Simply put it will make the whole process MUCH easier. We are very easygoing and want you to be happy with your gear and the customer service you receive. In the event of that the problem can be resolved with a minor adjustment or repair we do ask that you give us one opportunity to fix the gear prior to refund/return.
We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials. If your holster cracks, or somehow breaks, we will replace it, we do reserve the right to replace with a newer and possibly different model if a particular item/model is discontinued. We DO NOT warranty against heat damage. Kydex & Boltaron are thermoplastics, simply put, when they get to hot, they deform. Do NOT leave your holster in a hot car or there is a good chance it will begin to become soft if the interior of the car reaches 140-150 degrees fahrenheit. If that happens, you can remove it from the heat very gently and let it cool for 20-30 minutes, but you are better off simply not touching it and cooling the car interior and allowing the plastic to reset. That may help prevent damage. You are welcome to send it back to us and we can try to fix it for you should it become deformed, but if we are unable to do so it will not be replaced and any return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
Return shipping will be paid by Echo Delta Charlie Inc. DBA Strongside Holsters only if the return is necessary due to a mistake on the part of the company (incorrect or defective products).
We recommend ALL holsters and gear be tested on their arrival and prior to use. We recommend that when applicable the end user adjusts the retention exactly to his or her liking. Once that level of retention is determined, or the final belt loop position is set, we STRONGLY recommend adding a small amount of loctite blue threadlocker to the screws and binding posts. We do NOT recommend loctite red as it can be so tight it cannot be undone later should the user desire to make a change. The WILL back out with temperature changes over time. It’s not a defect, it’s the nature of how small threaded screws behave. We sell replacement hardware sets should you lose a screw or post.
